Job Title: Procurement Analyst in store development Location: Hybrid in New York, New York Structure: 12-month contract with possibility for extension and full-time hire Summary: This person will be responsible for working with the Director of Construction Procurement, NA in supporting the Store Development Construction Project schedule for Champs Reimagined. This includes managing the Procurement project schedule, vendor management, inventory management, managing purchase order creation, supporting any RFP needs and ensuring timely delivery of materials through communicating with suppliers, freight carriers, Project Managers, and General Contractors. Must be able to work within an interdisciplinary team to execute on all targets timely and efficiently.Location Requirement: This role has the ability to work in a hybrid environment, working from home and reporting into the New York office a minimum of three days a week. Typical in-office schedule is Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Candidates must live near a commutable distance from New York, NY.Roles and responsibilities: Supporting Director and Sr. Director on supplier timelines and pricing exercises to support Champs pilot stores.Onboarding new suppliers to Ariba and Foot Locker processes.Support in the development of Champs matrix and guidelines.Procurement of materials, equipment, and fixtures to be used for Champs Reimagined prototype stores. Coordination and effective communication with other business partners regarding production delivery requirements and any problematic challenges.Build relationships with suppliers to mitigate risks and resolve challenges.Manage lifecycle of pilot store development.Support in the forecast buildouts by gathering and analyzing vendor quotes making sure all elements are reflected on store drawings. Build and submit Owner Furnished Items (OFI) budgets to Project Managers.Ensure timely delivery of materials to job sites.Execute procurement activity for all transactions in accordance with policies. Reconciling invoices, change orders and back charges.Understand the functional business, helping to identify opportunities for process improvement, cost reductionavoidance or revenue generation.Work concurrently with Manager of Global Procurement Standards to ensure inventory positions are ordered and maintained appropriately for Champs Reimagined.Become proficient in systems (Power BI, MS Office, SAP Ariba, and others)Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business, Management, Statistics, Supply Chain, or Related Field is ideal Minimum of three years of related work experience. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills used to analyze data and identify trends.Advanced knowledge and proficiency in Excel and experience using PowerPoint.Strong interpersonal skills and oral and written communication skills.Ability to perform efficiently in a high pressure and fast-paced environment.Ability to work independently as well as cross functionally in a collaborative environment.Results oriented with strong project management skills. Ability to take direction, multi-task and manage shifting priorities.
