Our client, a leading NYC based Purpose Driven Clean Beauty Brand, is seeking an innovative, creative Art Director with strong social media design experience to join their growing team.ResponsibilitiesResponsible for building and maintaining brand social experienceDevelop creative strategy for organic and paid social from concept to execution across all platformsStrong understanding of social landscape, data, analytics, trends and social best practices within beautyActively communicate with cross-functional partners to understand the strategy and deliverables, and articulate thinking behind the aesthetic and design decisionsDevelop visual standards including art direction, tone of voice, graphics, typography, video, curated UGC, commissioned and organic contentQualifications5+ years of industry experience.BA or BFA preferred in Graphic Design or Communication DesignPassion for social creative, art direction, photography, video and design.BeautyCosmetics Experience$110k-$125k + bonus commensurate with experienceHybrid office schedule Please submit your resume for consideration.You can use to collect and manage your references for free and share them with us or anyone else you choose.
