The successful candidate will have 3+ years of experience in civil litigation, demonstrating expertise in prepping pleadingsmotions, discovery, and document review. Must have medical malpractice experience.Responsibilities:Legal Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case strategies.Pleadings and Motions: Prepare, draft, and file pleadings and motions in a timely and accurate manner.Discovery: Manage the discovery process, including drafting and responding to discovery requests, and participate in discovery-related proceedings.Document Review: Conduct comprehensive document review, ensuring accuracy and relevance to the case.Qualifications:California Bar Admission: Must be an active member of the California State Bar.Experience: Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in civil litigation defense.
