Selected Candidates will work within dynamic leading-edge-technology environments enabling the 805th Combat Training SquadronShadow Operations Center - Nellis (ShOC-N) to conduct integration, experimentation, and assessments of emerging technologies and mission procedures to meet warfighter requirements in Joint All Domain Command and Control (JADC2) and the Advanced Battle Management System (ABMS). This is an on-site position located at Nellis Air Force Base in Las Vegas, NV.This excellent opportunity requires that the ideal candidate to be customer focused, and willing to join a winning team. The Network Engineer III will be responsible for the following:Install and maintain complex networks that link numerous computing platforms, operating systems, and network topologies across widely dispersed geographic areasEvaluate hardware and software suitable for large, complex networksTest and implement interface programsDevelop security proceduresManage network performanceTroubleshoot and resolve complex problems to ensure minimal disruption of mission-critical applicationsMaintain fault-tolerant systems and manage systems backupsFamiliar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and proceduresRelie on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goalsPerform a variety of complicated tasksThe Network Engineer III must meet the following qualifications:Bachelors of Science degree highly preferredMust have 5 years' experience with Cisco Firewalls, Routers, Switches; Firewall administration and configuration; IPSECVPN tunnels; TACLANES; TACACS; Radius; routing protocols, IEGRP; OSPF; BGP; WIFICCNA certification requiredIAT Level II certification required; CCNP highly preferredMust have a Top Secret Clearance with SCI eligibility at a minimum Elevate Technology Solutions Elevate is a small business with solid past performance and a record of bringing innovation, cost savings and seasoned experts to our customers.
