Director of Marketing/Community Liaison

The Community Liaison will develop referral relationships with referral sources, clients and their families, as well as community organizations. The Director will promote the Griswold Home Care brand and reinforce our mission to provide compassionate care to seniors and their families.The Community Liaison will:Be familiar with the needs of older adults and their families and offer solutionsSupport and build the brand of Griswold Home CareDevelop strategies to build referral relationships in the communityParticipate in community educational activitiesRepresent Griswold Home Care at networking activitiesMeet with prospective clients to introduce our servicesCoordinate and respond to digital lead referralsDevelop and execute social media campaignsWork with corporate marketing department to develop print material as neededCommitted to building revenue growthCommunicate with agency stakeholders on issues that impact quality of care and establishing growthThis position reports to the Agency Director. This position may involve times outside the normal work week to participate in marketing activities and be available for prospective client meetings.This position does require travel within the agency territory.The ideal candidate will have proven track record of marketing within the senior industry.
