Part of the Interparfums group founded in 1982, Interparfums USA develops, manufactures and distributes prestige perfumes and cosmetics as the exclusive worldwide licensee for Abercrombie & Fitch, Anna Sui, Donna Karan, DKNY, Graff, GUESS, Hollister, MCM, Oscar de la Renta, Roberto Cavalli, Salvatore Ferragamo and Ungaro. Through its global distribution network, the Company's products are sold in over 120 countries.The Global Business Administrator will support the Global Business Analyst and Global Business Controller with sales reporting, cross-regional pricing control, communication of budget and tracking of credit memos and invoices. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented individual with an analytical mindset and experience with reporting, analysis and basic accounting practices.This position is based in office from Mondays-Thursdays, and remote on Fridays.Responsibilities:Assist with the administration and tracking of investment and media budgets from the three sales regions.Oversee the online portal that tracks invoices and credit note requests for expenses submitted against budgeted amounts and work with sales regions to ensure process and coding of budgets is followed.Coordinate between Finance and Sales teams to help expedite payments, process credit notes and move sales orders off credit hold by ensuring all relevant information is included and accurate.Maintain the accuracy of customer pricelists in Microsoft Dynamics: Business Central by ensuring approved updates are uploaded into the system in a timely manner.Prepare and deliver weekly and monthly sales reports, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.Support Global Business Analyst on monthly updates of the Global Sales Budget.Provide backup support for Global Business Analyst and Global Business Controller.EducationExperienceBachelor's degree in Business or related field1-2 years of experience in business analysis, or accountingRequired SkillsUnderstanding of basic accounting practicesIntermediate Excel experienceHigh attention to detail and focus on quality of workExcels at coordinating between various departments and teamsAbility to prioritize and handle multiple projects simultaneouslyIndependent problem-solving skillsExperience with Microsoft Dynamics: Business Central or comparable ERP (preferred)We Offer:An entrepreneurial career with a dynamic environment where all voices are heard and appreciatedLow hierarchy with high visibility to C-Suite on a regular basisA growing company with a proven track record of solid financial stabilityBonus opportunity based on personal and business performancePaid time off policies including vacation, holiday, and sick days401K plus company matchRobust healthcare, insurance, and benefit optionsOptions to support development, including complimentary access to LinkedIn LearningInterparfums USA, LLC is an equal opportunity employer and is committed to equal opportunity employment without regard to race, religion, color, sex, age, sexual orientation, national origin, citizenship, disability or any other basis of discrimination prohibited by applicable local, state or federal law.
