They are seeking a Head of FP&A with a blend of investment banking and client-side strategic finance experience, particularly in IPO or pre-IPO environments, to drive value creation through strategic financial planning and hands-on leadership.Responsibilities:Lead client-focused financial initiatives and craft investment narratives through in-depth financial presentations and market analyses.Design and maintain sophisticated financial models that incorporate deal dynamics, market trends, and key client success metrics.Drive strategic decision-making through scenario analysis, valuation modeling, and development of investment theses.Implement rigorous financial forecasting and tracking systems to enhance client performance metrics and optimize investor returns.Manage due diligence processes and foster relationships with investors, clients, and external stakeholders.Structure and execute strategic transactions, while maintaining high-touch client relationships and optimizing deal outcomes.Collaborate cross-functionally to maximize client economics and develop platform monetization strategies.Lead capital markets activities, including fundraising initiatives, and support the IPO process.Oversee the monthly financial close process with a focus on client performance indicators and financial reporting accuracy.Build and mentor high-performing teams while fostering a client-centric culture and promoting financial best practices.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field from a top-tier institution; an MBA is preferred.5+ years of progressive experience in investment banking, with a strong background in client-side strategic finance, IPO, or pre-IPO environments.Proven track record in structuring complex financial solutions and driving client success through data-driven financial frameworks.Expertise in financial modeling, valuation, and creating compelling client presentations that drive strategic outcomes.Strong relationship-building skills with C-level executives, investors, and cross-functional teams.Advanced proficiency in financial databases, SQL, and data visualization tools to enhance insights and reporting.Demonstrated leadership presence and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments, maintaining a focus on client satisfaction and results.Experience with enterprise financial systems and CRM platforms.Deep understanding of the digital media and technology sectors, with proven experience in deal execution and capital markets activities.
