As a Catering Operations Manager, you'll orchestrate the seamless execution and coordination of both on-site and off-premise events for our company. This role demands sharp attention to detail, robust multitasking skills, and adept communication with teams, clients, and vendors.Key Responsibilities:Serve as the primary liaison among Sales Managers, Chefs, Staff, and Clients, maintaining high standards and client satisfaction.Manage the event lifecycle, from initial client consultation on scope and budget, through menu planning with chefs, to negotiating vendor contracts.Lead recruitment, training, and supervision of both permanent and casual staff, ensuring top-notch event coordination and anize staff and event schedules, keeping detailed financial and administrative records.Assess event outcomes, resolve client concerns promptly, and ensure timely financial transactions.Preferred Qualifications:Demonstrated leadership in managing people, events, and overall guest experience in a hospitality environment, preferably in off-premise catering.Strong organizational, time management, and negotiation skills, with the ability to operate independently.Effective communication skills, adept at managing continuous change and resolving issues swiftly.Experienced in budgeting, P&L management, labor and sales forecasting, and reporting.Proven track record in human resource management, including hiring, training, mentoring, and team development.Minimum of 3-5 years in hospitality management with a focus on client service and business growth.Join us to lead a team dedicated to crafting unforgettable events and driving our business forward in a dynamic environment.
