You will interact with clients on a regular basis, and ensure our systems are running smoothly to provide accurate accounting information. Your goal is to maintain long-lasting working relationships with your clients and your team.ResponsibilitiesWhat You'll DoProvide exceptional, personal service to a dedicated section of our small business clientele.Provide real insight to our clients into the financial strengths and weaknesses of their business to help their business thrive.Supervise and manage monthly accounting and tax processes.Lead client onboarding, monthly reconciliations, tax planning, and preparation efforts.Work with a variety of accounting software, including QuickBooks Online, to keep client accounts accurate and up-to-date.Engage in continuous professional development and help other team members develop their own skills.QualificationsWho You ArePassionate about small businesses and experienced in managing multiple client accounts.Upbeat and confident with a friendly personality.A CPA or EA, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a public accounting firm preferred, and at least 2 years of accounting supervisory experience.Tech-savvy with a strong proficiency in modern accounting software. QuickBooks Online certification is a plus.Tax return preparation (1040, 1065, 1120S) experience required.Looking for a role that offers the flexibility of remote work without sacrificing team interaction or career growth.A self-starter, who researches and dives into new problems looking for solutions.An effective communicator who thrives on building long-term client terested in hearing more?
