Chief Executive Officer - Cardiovascular Device Start-Up.Remote based - U.S VIDA are delighted to be retained by one of the most innovative start-ups in the Cardiovascular space.The CEO's role is to guide the organization's overall clinical and commercial strategy. Key priorities for this position include:Fundraising abilities - a track record of raising money is needed, and critically this person needs to be able to tell the story to the right audience in order to build credibility and interest at an investor level and in the market. They must be able to communicate the compelling mission, journey and value of their technology and they will need to be the PR face of the company.Proven abilities - prepare a company for market launch - navigating market access and penetration, including regulatory approvals (FDA), health technology assessments (HTA), and pricing and reimbursement strategies.Deep market understanding - ability to lead complex decision-making processes within hospital multidisciplinary teams in order to engage the right stakeholders for each stage along the company's development journey.The ideal CEO is an innovative, results-oriented leader with extensive experience driving the early commercial success of MedTech startups, particularly in cardiac technologies or interventional procedures.
