Our client, a financial services firm , is looking for a Temp to Perm Facilities Coordinator to join their NYC offices! They are seeking someone who is proactive, resourceful, and no job too big too small attitude!This assignment will start asap and have the potential to go perm down the line if the right fit.Hours: 7am-4:30pm *Fully Onsite Responsibilities:Prepare coffee each day, ensuring freshness and maintaining cleanliness of coffee equipment and serving areasRestock kitchen and pantry supplies throughout the day Load and unload dishwashers in all pantriesEnsure areas are is clean and orderlyAssist with set up and breakdown for lunches and events Restock copy room supplies as needed Order and receive deliveriesMaintain accurate records of pantry inventory levelsCoordinate the delivery of pantry supplies and office supplies from various vendors Maintain proper storage and handling of all food items to minimize waste and ensure qualityCoordinating with vendors Report all equipment maintenance needsMaintain a log of maintenance tasks completedAct as a back up to the Facilities Manager as needed Assist with other ad hoc projects as necessaryQualifications: Knowledge of Microsoft OfficeFood handlers certificate a plus Must be dependable, reliable and people-orientedProblem-solving and professional work ethicAble to handle a physically active role with some heavy lifting (50 Ibs)Please submit your resume in Word format for immediate consideration.You can use to collect and manage your references for free and share them with us or anyone else you choose.
