LinkedIn Marketing Solutions (LMS) allows organizations to connect with the world's largest community of business professionals by serving ad content to our members through a variety of products and platforms. The Measurement team is at the forefront of industry innovations related to privacy, identity, and ads performance measurement. The team is responsible for building the ads data platforms leveraged within LinkedIn Marketing Solutions and across LinkedIn along with the product experiences that deliver powerful and actionable insights to our advertising customers on the performance of their ads campaigns. This team builds the end-to-end systems related to privacy-centric ads data collection, validation, modeling and analysis, ads attribution (i.e, cause & effect), and impact analysis and ROI performance reporting. Responsibilities: You will build and ship software at scale to deliver impact You will drive architectural decisions and implementation across the engineering organization. You will actively improve the level of craftsmanship at LinkedIn by developing best practices and defining best strategies. You will lead cross teamcross functional discussions and drive alignment on producttechnology strategy. You will establish a culture that values diverse viewpoints while navigating complex decisions. You will define the bar for quality and efficiency of software systems while balancing business impact, operational impact and cost benefits of design and architectural choices. You will act as the primary domain expert to influence technology choices. You will lead by example to build a culture of craftsmanship and innovation. Basic Qualifications: BS (or higher, e.g., MS, or PhD) in Computer Science or related technical field involving coding (e.g., physics or mathematics), or equivalent technical experience 5+ years of industry experience. Preferred Qualifications: BS and 10+ years of relevant work experience, MS and 10+ years of relevant work experience, or PhD and 6+ years of relevant work experience. Experience in designing and implementing technologies for highly distributed platforms. Familiarity with multiple platforms (Linux, Windows, etc.), languages (C++, Python, etc.) and providers. Experience leading high-impact, cross-organization initiatives. Experience establishing best practices and patterns for mobile development across teams and organizations. Experience in AdvertisingMarketing Industry. Experience in Mobile (iOSAndroid). Experience in Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence. Suggested Skills: Advertising Algorithms Distributed Systems LinkedIn is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The pay range for this role is $175,000 to 288,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor. The total compensation package for this position may also include annual performance bonus, stock, benefits andor other applicable incentive compensation plans.
