Ambassador Personnel, Inc. is seeking an experienced Recruiting Branch Manager to join our Tifton, GA team.Do you enjoy meeting and exceeding goals?Are you a strategic planner that enjoys leading a team to success?Do you enjoy being hands-on and pro-active?If you answered yes - this may be the perfect opportunity for you!The Recruiting Branch Manager's (RBM) primary goal is the financial success of the branch.This includes working with clients and identifying exceptional candidates resulting in an executed and fulfilled business contract.A few key responsibilities of the RBM include, but are not limited to, the following:Financial responsibility of meeting or exceeding the annual budget for branchAbility to exercise discretion and independent judgmentRecruitment, training, management, and development of branch teamEnsure minimum quarterly newreactivated business requirements for the branch are metBuild and execute a plan designed to bring in new clients, build on existing client relationships, and grow the bottom lineMarket sales plans, recruitment strategies, branch budget, P&L management, and cost controlDeliver top-notch customer service to both candidates and clientsProtect Ambassador by following all company policies and proceduresPromote brand awareness by creating and maintaining community relationships and involvementExperience:Ability to successfully communicate verbally and in writingExperience managing budgets, AR, Collections, P&L's, and all branch financials.Able to demonstrate exemplary performance in attitude, attendance and professional imageMust display initiative and creativity in problem solvingAbility to influence and persuade to achieve desired outcomesAble to demonstrate effective negotiation and closing techniquesDemonstrated excellent customer service through follow-up and follow-through actionsWork well in a team environment and promote camaraderie in the officeExcellent organizational, time management and prioritization skillsAbility to multi-taskExcellent computer skills a must (MS Office, InternetJob Boards, ATS)EducationCertifications:Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.Recruitment related certifications are a plus, but not required.Previous Work Experience:Must have experience managing budgets and P & L'sMust have at least 3+ years of hands-on recruitment experienceAmbassador is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
