The Ford Agency is actively recruiting for a IT Analyst for a top law firm in their Boston office. This individual will join a busy team and provide front-line, technical end user support services including troubleshooting assistance, problem resolution, and remote desktop connection. A great opportunity for an experienced IT Analyst looking for a substantial, long-term, temporary role!Responsibilities Include:Perform installs, moves, and changes for PC's, software, printers, phones, and network components.Provide guidance and technical support for workstations, applications, and break fix items for all staff.Assist with equipment, hardware, and cable installationsmanagement.Resolve service requests in a timely manner to users remotely and onsiteTroubleshoot hardware and software issuesQualifications Include:3+ years of help desk and end-user support experienceExperience in a large law firm or other professional services firm preferredHigh level of attention to detailExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsExperience maintaining and supporting Windows OS and Microsoft Office applicationsTechnical skills: Windows 10, Microsoft Office, Printer Management, AV supportCandidates for this position must be based in the Boston area or have independent plans for relocation.The Ford Agency is a recruiting firm based in Washington, DC.
