Information Technology Project Manager

Title: IT Project Manager Location: Cleveland OH onsite 3 days a week Direct Hire Apex Systems is supporting a fortune 200 company out of Cleveland Ohio with an IT Project Manager role. The Senior Project Manager role plays a critical part in delivering high-quality information systems-specific projects using Waterfall methodologies. As a mid-level professional with extensive knowledge and experience in project management principles and information systems leading practices, the incumbent will be responsible for overseeing and managing the execution of various information systems projects. Eduction Requirements -Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Project Management, or in lieu of a degree, at least 7 years of experience in the field of project management or Information Technology-Certified Project Management Professional (PMP), or CAPMMust Haves -4-6 years of experience in project management with a focus on information systems (ideally involving network, server, or software implementation and upgrades, andor PC deployment)-Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques-Experience in project planning, scheduling, and budgeting-Knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies-Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams-In-depth knowledge of project management tools such as Microsoft Project, JIRA, and Confluence-Software Development Lifecyle (SDLC) Methodology-Project Management Methodology-Project Management Tools-Project Data Analysis & Insights
