A distinguished private real estate management firm, renowned for its expansive portfolio of over 400 high-value retail, commercial, and residential properties in some of NYC's most sought-after locations, seeks a proactive and strategic Asset Manager. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape property performance while working directly with the executive team within a long-established company celebrated for its commitment to quality, innovation, and sustainable growth. You'll collaborate with a team focused on operational excellence, with ample room for strategic input and a direct impact on the city's competitive real estate landscape. *Key Responsibilities:Lead property budget management, conduct comprehensive financial reviews, and drive analytics to enhance portfolio performance.Collaborate with leasing, property management, and accounting teams on operating budgets, variance analyses, and strategies to optimize occupancy rates.Use market trend analysis and data insights to improve property performance, identify revenue opportunities, and reduce costs.Research industry and competitor comps to ensure the portfolio's competitive positioning and drive the best possible performance outcomes.Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance and operational excellence across properties.
