Position Overview: They are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Associate to join their Transaction Advisory Services team. In this role, you will play a critical part in conducting financial due diligence for mergers and acquisitions, providing valuable insights and recommendations to our clients. Key Responsibilities:Conduct comprehensive financial due diligence for buy-side and sell-side transactions.Analyze financial statements, identify key trends, and assess financial risks and opportunities.Prepare detailed reports and presentations for clients, highlighting key findings and recommendations.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of transactions.Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment. Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or CFA designation preferred.2-4 years of experience in financial due diligence, transaction advisory, or related fields.Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
