Competitive Salary - 140k -160kWhat You Will Be DoingResponsibilities IncludeReview and manage tax returns, extensions, tax planning calculations with a focus on Partnerships, S Corps, and HNW IndividualsPrepare and review complex tax planning projections for individual and corporate estimated tax liabilityManage and monitor client deliverables and due datesPrepare or review complex U.S. and state individual income, gift tax, and estate tax returnsConduct complex tax research and prepare memorandum outlining findings and conclusionsRespond to IRS and state agency audits, inquires, and tax noticesCommunicate directly with existing clients, colleagues, management, and IRS representatives regarding various tax mattersLead department in knowledge of software, processes, and workflowsWhat You Need for this PositionRequired At least 4-7+ years of Public Accounting experience Prep for S-Corps, C-Corps, Partnerships, Individual & Multi-state tax Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or a related field Strong Prep and Review experience Management experienceNice To Have Active CPA EA (Enrolled Agent) Experience with multiple industriesBenefitsLooking forward to receiving your resume through our website and going over the position with you.
