Hybrid Manassas, VirginiaServiceNow Developer Admin Implementing "Vulnerability Response" GRC 12 months+ contract W2 1099 C2CJob Overview:We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow DeveloperAdmin with a strong focus on Vulnerability Response and Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC). The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions that enhance our security posture and streamline compliance processes.Key Responsibilities:Vulnerability Response Implementation:Configure and customize the Vulnerability Response application within ServiceNow.Collaborate with security teams to define and automate vulnerability management tegrate Vulnerability Response with other ITSM modules for seamless incident and problem management.GRC Implementation:Design and implement GRC modules to facilitate risk assessment, compliance management, and policy governance.Develop dashboards and reports for risk and compliance metrics to support decision-making.Collaborate with stakeholders to define and refine compliance workflows.Development and Customization:Create custom applications and modules in ServiceNow to meet business requirements.Utilize ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide) to enhance functionality and automate processes.Maintain and optimize existing applications, ensuring performance and usability.Administration and Support:Provide ongoing support and administration of the ServiceNow platform.Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the Vulnerability Response and GRC applications.Conduct user training and create documentation for system processes and workflows.Collaboration:Work closely with IT, security, and compliance teams to ensure alignment of technology with business objectives.Participate in project planning and management activities.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.5+ years of experience as a ServiceNow DeveloperAdmin, with a focus on Vulnerability Response and GRC.Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities, best practices, and ITIL processes.Proficiency in JavaScript, ServiceNow scripting, and database management.Experience with integrations and APIs within ServiceNow.Relevant certifications (e.g., ServiceNow Certified Application Developer, ServiceNow Certified System Administrator) are a plus.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Strong communication and collaboration skills.If you would like to join Smoothstack's first-class team of Technologists,supporting a Global TelecomFinancial Services Pioneer and Recognized Industry Leader, please email your updated resume as a Word Document, along with your desired w2, 1099 or ctc hourly raterate range, and your available daystimes EST for an MS Teams Interview for this weeknext week, to:
