For more information, please visit the Role: Job Title: Salesforce Lead DeveloperWork Location: Newark, CA (5 days office)Job Description:Responsibilities: Translate the clients business objectives into technical requirements covering all aspects of the functionalitiesUnderstand the user stories and break them into modules of technical scenariosEstimate the efforts needed to accomplish customer objectivesIdentify highlight different risks involved and work on mitigation plansLead and guide the technical consultants during various phases of the project including but not limited to design coding unit testing to deploymentReview the code to ensure requirement coverage and adherence to best practicesMentor new team members to bring them up to speedGood communication skills Must be able to manage interactions with various stake holders across multiple countriesShould be able to perform independent code reviews and execute unit tests on modules developed by self and other junior team members on the projectQualifications: Required Experience: Minimum 9 Years experience in Salesforce DevelopmentPrimary Skill: Must have Salesforce Omni studio Velocity SQL experienceSecondary Skills: Good to have Insurance Domain experience Required Skills: Must have at least 9 years of Handson Salesforce Development ExperienceMust be willing work as Lead developer on day to day tasks with customer and provide Technical expertiseWork with product designers and solution architect to make sure that the configuration and custom components meet application requirements and performance goalsShould have hands working knowledge of various tools like Omni Studio and Velocity etcMust have been using relational databases and writing at least novicelevel queriesDeveloping Workflows defining and updating Object Models and MappingsExcellent Knowledge of Salesforce Sales Service Cloud featuresSound understanding of Salesforce and its eco systemShould be able to recommend best practices around design and developmentMust be able to lead and mentor the team in designing and review of code guide and encourage the team to follow these best practicesConvert business requirements into a design ability to see through the modular issuesShould have rich experience in data migration and working in a highly integrated enterprise applicationMaps the project life cycle with the project manager and Manages rollout and post deliverable strategyAbility to lead and mentor teams should have played leadership roles beforeExperience in planning estimation delivery model customer facing roles and effective client interaction skillsSoft Skills Good communication analytical and presentation skills problem solving skills and learning attitudeExperience developing within a professional Software Development Life Cycle methodology Agile SCRUM etc Preferred Skills: Benefits and Perks:Comprehensive Medical Plan Covering Medical, Dental, VisionShort Term and Long-Term Disability Coverage401(k) Plan with Company matchLife InsuranceVacation Time, Sick Leave, Paid HolidaysPaid Paternity and Maternity Leave Pay range and compensation package: The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum salary target for the position across all US locations.
