Job Title: HCM Product Architect Location: Oakland, CA Position Type: Contract Duration: 6 12 Month Work Type: Onsite Rate: The pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc. Job Summary: 1. Assessment of HCM Functional requirements and processes to assist in future product roadmap 2. Design & Build HCM features based on business requirements 3. Integrate the HCM application with other systems such as Payroll and Reporting applications 4. Carryout or facilitate functional and Integration testing 5. Manage release to production and support ongoing maintenance Roles and Responsibilities •HR Architect who combines industry best leading practices with both current and future requirements to achieve optimum HCM solutions for existing business processes and new initiatives. • Design HCM enterprise structure, workforce structure, complex Payroll, Benefits and Absence process • Business process mapping & modelling, fit-gap analysis, configuration, validations, Data conversion, data validation system integration, testing, documentation, transition, post implementation Support, project assessments, Enhancement. • Oversee the complete end to end solutions in project lifecycle, project initiation, global design, business requirement gathering, project health check, configuration, testing, relationship cultivation, risk mitigation, executive reporting, and successful deployment. • Functional consultant for Core HR, Payroll, Absence and Benefits management.ABOUT Ztek:Website: Consulting Inc is a minority- and woman-owned business enterprise that leverages a unique blend of human talent, machine learning algorithms, and artificial intelligence to provide customized talent management solutions for clients.
