The ideal candidate will be responsible for originating and executing M&A and Capital Markets transactions, with flexible location options available for the right individual.Key Responsibilities:Transaction Origination: Lead efforts to identify and pursue new M&A and Capital Markets opportunities.Deal Execution Oversight: Manage the complete deal process, including preparation of marketing materials and conducting due diligence.Relationship Development: Build and maintain strong relationships with business owners and deal referral sources.Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior bankers, supporting their professional growth.Recruitment Assistance: Help in recruiting both senior and junior bankers to enhance our team.Qualifications:Education: Bachelor's degree required; MBA is strongly preferred.Experience: Significant M&A and Capital Markets experience in the Tech Space at a middle market, boutique, regional, or bulge bracket investment bank, with a proven track record of sourcing and completing multiple middle market M&A and capital markets transactions over the past 3-5 years. Ideally generate $2mm - $3mm in revenue a yearClient Relationship Management: Ability to establish and maintain effective client relationships.Team Leadership: Experience managing junior bankers and overseeing M&A processes.Entrepreneurial Spirit: Comfortable working in a dynamic, entrepreneurial munication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.Financial Knowledge: Strong understanding of accounting and finance principles.Collaboration: A team player focused on achieving collective tegrity and Work Ethic: High level of personal integrity, motivation, and a strong work ethic.
