LOCAL CANDIDATES ONLYThis individual is responsible for assembling the medical mechanical device product line, both the current and next generation. WORK SHIFT - 5 AM to 1:30 PM (PST)Must possess basic production, testing, and inspecting skills relevant to the medical device industry, including knowledge of use of the different measuring equipment (i.e. microscopes. calipers, micrometers. scales).Previous experience working in quality management systems, functioning within FDA regulations.Must operate with great attention to detail and work per all quality, regulatory, and safety requirements.Perform all builds and testing for mechanical devices; perform "In Process" inspections as needed.Report any concerns andor issues to the manufacturing engineer, Production Lead, or supervisorAdhere to quality standards regarding operations, processes, and policy as defined by FDA regulationsEnsure a Clean Room environment that requires routine cleaning of the work area as required by FDA regulationsAssist with inventory counting in the introduction area andor warehousePerform other necessary duties as assigned by the manufacturing engineer, Production Lead, or supervisorPerform sterilization validation and re-validationAttention to detail and product knowledgeAbility to read and follow work instructions and drawings.Ability to use electronic systems and MS Office (i.e. Word, Excel).
