Director of Finance

Job Responsibilities for the Director of Finance:Lead the FP&A functionOwn the consolidated corporate financial modelCollaborate with several departments to provide timely and accurate forecasting and analysisSupport Investor Relations in developing materials and preparing leaders for quarterly earnings callsDevelop and implement strategies to improve corporate FP&A processesDevelop and manage processes to monitor pricing strategies, analyze cost drivers and provide insights to drive financial performance Job Requirements for the Director of Finance:Bachelor's degree required and an MBA or CPA is highly preferred8+ years of core FP&A experience3-5 years minimum in a leadership roleStrong knowledge of pricing strategies and cost accounting - understanding of COGS and bill of materialsProven ability to drive profitability through revenue optimization and cost managementStrong financial modeling skillsExperience working for a large company with a high volume of dataAdvanced proficient in a large ERP and financial software Manufacturing, consumer goods, retail or food and beverage industries highly preferred
