Job Description: We are seeking a Nurse Manager to lead the nursing team in our Brooklyn Clinic. Our clinic provides primary care, pain management, pediatrics, case management, sexual health, behavioral health & substance abuse services to the community.Schedule: Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:00pmKey Responsibilities:Supervise and support nursing and clinical staff, including RNs, LPNs, MAs, and other clinical personnel.Oversee staff scheduling, performance evaluations, training, and development.Encourage a collaborative work environment and act as a resource for clinical team members.Facilitate team meetings to communicate goals, updates, and resolve any challenges.Ensure the delivery of patient-centered, evidence-based care that aligns with FQHC best practices.Oversee the management of chronic disease, preventive care, and acute care in a community health setting.Monitor patient care plans, ensuring adherence to clinical guidelines, and work with providers to address high-risk cases.Develop, implement, and monitor quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and clinic performance.Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, including FQHC guidelines, OSHA, HIPAA, and infection control standards.Conduct audits, analyze data, and report on key performance indicators.Collaborate with leadership to develop policies and protocols for clinical services.Implement clinical policies and procedures to standardize care delivery and improve efficiency.Educate staff on new policies, procedures, and any updates to regulatory standards.Qualifications:Education: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) required; Master's in Nursing or Healthcare Administration preferred.Licensure: Active RN license in New York StateExperience: Minimum of 3-5 years of nursing experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role; prior experience in a community health or FQHC setting preferred.Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills; proficiency in EMR systems; knowledge of FQHC operations and quality improvement processes.
