The role involves Tier 2 support for Gainsight, focusing on backend configuration changes. • The position is currently a contract role with potential for extension based on future budget and market conditions. • Minimum of 5 years of experience with Gainsight, with flexibility for 3 years if combined with Salesforce (SFDC) admin experience or Gainsight certifications. • Experience in technical implementation and configuration of Gainsight. • Experience with CRM integration and customer success management (CSM). • Gainsight Certified Administrator preferred. • SFDC admin experience is a plus. • Flexibility and adaptability in managing multiple tools and tasks. • Ability to work closely with business teams to document requirements and support technical implementations. • Work closely with Taylor Friss, the product owner, and other team members. • Collaborate with engineering, vendors, and business teams. • Similar Job Titles: Gainsight Administrator; Salesforce Administrator with Gainsight experience Preferred Qualifications: • BABS degree • Gainsight certified administrator • Experience supporting Global Sales and support teams. • Experience in gathering business requirements and leading unit testing. • Solid understanding of technical aspects of Gainsight. • Excellent communication, teamwork, multitasking, problem solving and collaboration skills. • SFDC andor Dynamics CRMs experience. • Support business process experience.
