Senior Graphic Designer

Client Overview: Our client, in the beauty space, is hiring a 360 Senior Designer to join their team!Role Overview: Our client is looking for a fulltime Senior Graphic Designer with heavy experience in packaging! As Senior Designer, you will be a seasoned expert in packaging, VM, digital, and overall creativity that can bring to life the company's brand.Senior Graphic Designer Responsibilities: Lead creative direction across all brand platforms and channels to ensure a cohesive and immersive brand experience that delivers on company objectives.Articulate creative strategies and direction to stakeholders.Develop creative processes necessary to execute brand strategy and deliver consistent brand experiences.Oversee internal and external asset production and photoshoots, in partnership with brand marketing team, and manage external creative and brand agency partners.Lead concept design and develop and execute a wide variety of assets for digital applications - SMS, website, email, sales collateral, etcTranslate the brand identity across digital touchpoints and evolve as necessary.Retouch photo assets as needed for digital channels and assist with additional projects and assignments as directed.Assist with and direct photo shoots (we do 10+ shoots a year so about one a month in NYC)Senior Graphic Designer Qualifications:Package design experience is a must!Portfolio of design work.Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign).Strong typographic skills.Strong conceptual ability.Present and sell art to clients.Ability to work well with others in a fast-paced environment.Willingness to work on a wide variety of projects.Strong time management skills.Strong knowledge of illustration and photography.
