Executive Assistant to CEO - Stealth Startup

BURKE+CO.GIST:Our client, a well-backed stealth startup, seeks an expert Executive Assistant to support their CEO in San Francisco. This role will expertly manage the CEO's time & priorities, keep things on track, and act as a stellar representative of the company. The ideal candidate has experience supporting a c-level executive at a high-growth startup andor tech company.This is an awesome opportunity to work with a brilliant CEO who has an impressive track record as a tech founder! THE NITTY GRITTY:Expertly coordinate CEO's calendar, addressing any conflicting appointments and sending remindersDevelop keen sense on how to best optimize CEO time & determine prioritiesKeep CEO on track and on timeRespond to action items with a sense of urgency, sometimes outside of traditional business hoursProvide occasional back up support to co-founderArrange domestic & international travel and prepare itinerariesAttend meetings, take notes, and follow up on action itemsHandle incoming & outgoing communications with confidentiality and urgencyCreate presentations & decks, prepare deliverables, and distribute meeting materialsSpearhead a wide range of internal and external communicationsPlan & execute company events, offsites, and meetingsAssist with other administrative functions and ad hoc projects, as neededTHE ESSENTIALS:5+ years of executive support experienceExperience supporting a C-level executive at a high growth tech company or startup requiredAbility to work outside normal business hours as neededExperience working in ambiguous and fast-paced environmentsPersonable and professional communication styleAbility to act as a excellent extension & representation of the companySuperb attention to detail and discretionFast-processing, solution-oriented approach to workAbility to shift, adapt, and pivot when confronted with new challenges and opportunitiesExperience working cohesively within all levels of an organization and with external stakeholders THE CHERRY ON TOP:Opportunity to partner with an impressive leader in the tech spaceJoin a culture that values input, opinions, and collaboration!LOCATION: San Francisco (Onsite)COMPENSATION: $125k to 170k base salary + equity + benefits (exact compensation will vary based on skills, experience, and expertise)What are you waiting for?
