Infrastructure Manager

Our client is seeking an IT Delivery Manager to join their organization in Wayne, PA. This is a hybrid opportunity, going onsite 4 days per week. In this role, you'll take charge of steering and strategizing objectives in alignment with business feedback - this includes devising, executing, and overseeing organizational initiatives, streamlining workflows, and providing technological solutions to align seamlessly with the overarching IT goals of the enterprise.Responsibilities:Lead the strategic direction and implementation of technical solutions within Infrastructure & OperationsDrive projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing IT service deliveryRemain at the forefront of emerging technologies, strategically integrating them into organizational frameworks as needed.Forge collaborative relationships with key stakeholders across core departments.Own vendor relationships, negotiating and managing service management agreementsQualifications:Minimum of 10 years of technical experienceMinimum of 2 years of management experienceExperience with ERP systems (Epicor, SAP, etc.), Oracle, Microsoft, asset management, software distribution and help desk servicesBackground leading teamsFinancial management skills in the areas of budget, cost control and cost reduction measuresProject management skillsBachelor's degree in relevant field preferred.Excellent communication skills
