Ultimate Staffing has an immediate need for Soldering Assemblers for our client in San Jose, CA. This is a great opportunity to join a fast growing start up! Location: San JoseSchedule: 9:30am to 6pm; Monday-FridayPay Rate: $25 to $30hr depending on experience Requirements:Assembling of small componentsSoldering experience with knowledge of point-to-point, through-hole, and surface mount devicesSkilled in wire attachment, battery attachment, and wire solderingDesoldering skills a plusRework skills a plusInvolves complicated build processGood verbal and written communicate skills a mustAbility to document tasksAbility to run basic commands on a program as provided by engineeringAbility to work in a fast paced environment with quickly changing prioritiesSomeone with the drive to get things done quickly and efficiently in stressful situationsExperience building and testing devices preferredMinimum Qualifications: To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies:Read, understand electrical diagram, electrical and mechanical assembly drawingRead, understand mechanical drawingGood written and verbal communication skills.Good Math aptitude (adding, subtraction, multiplication, division).Excellent soldering skills; excellent crimping skills.Education andor Experience: High School diploma with 1-5 years mechanical assemblersoldering experience preferredAll qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
