Qualifications:Associate's degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.Ability to work with chemicals and handle very thin layers in the low micrometer range.Familiarity with safety regulations and procedures in an industrial environment.Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.Experience with SOFC technology or related fuel cell systems preferred.Key Responsibilities:Troubleshoot and repair issues related to fuel cell components.Making of various slurries.Chemical synthesis of cathode and anode materials.Tape casting of very thin layers.Assembly or lamination of very thin layers.Electrochemical testing of fuel cells.Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure optimal performance.Collaborate with senior personnel to implement improvements and upgrades.Document all maintenance activities and report findings.Assist in the development of operational protocols and safety procedures.Provide technical support and training to team members.
