Project Operational CoordinatorWinston Salem, NC - HybridFull TimePosition Summary:The Operational Readiness Coordinator's responsibilities include ensuring the Production Support Operations teams and Implementation teams are prepared to support and assist clients on all the service offerings. This includes preparing for teams for the introduction of new services, applications or features to the Client Implementation and production support teams. Preparing management reports, monthly key metric reports and audit reports, ensuring client certification scripts, testing documentation and program checklists have been completed and annual review of procedures and frameworks are conducted. This position will work with various Internal teams and subject matter experts to design & define processes and implementations as a liaison with Production Support Teams.Qualifications required:Bachelor's degree in business or an information technology-related field3+ years financial industry experience including payments experience documenting operational processes and product requirementsspecificationsStrong understanding in Agile methodologies and experience with JiraProficiency in MS Office Suite of toolsStrong verbal and written communication skillsStrong analytical and statistical skillsDetail oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skillsQualifications desired:Degree related to business, andor involving business analysisMinimum 3 years professional experience in analytics position; banking background preferredExperience with banking payment products, Operations and TechnologyAble to work independentlyStrong understanding of Risk, Compliance and Governance policiesEssential functions and responsibilities:Maintain Operational Readiness program documentationMonitor and report ongoing client certification resultsUpdateMaintain yearly audit spreadsheet and reportsSetup training sessions with product and technology teamsOversee updates of daily process documentationWork with banksCU, fintech's and internal units on training and testingSupport Product team initiatives, including project meetings, bank test certifications and documentationParticipate in ongoing automation efforts for monitoring and reportingInteract with implementation and production support teams on client requestsSuccess factorsjob competencies:Able to review functional and technical specifications and identify the support, documentation, training and monitoring requirements.Possess the analytical skills to compare the expected applicationsystem results to actual plete assigned work accurately and within the agreed upon schedule.Possess the collaboration skills to bring various experts together to document production support requirements.
