Installation Technician

Insight Global is seeking a Field Installation Technician for our client, a leading nonprofit technology social enterprise headquartered in the Cleveland area. These Technicians are responsible for performing installations, maintenance and upgrades of wireless internet equipment and services for residential and commercial customers and Multi-Dwelling Units.Key Responsibilities:Routing cables and wiring on the exterior of buildings while maintaining a neat and discreet appearance to ensure minimal visual impactOperate a variety of power and hand tools safely and efficiently for installation and maintenance tasksDiagnose and resolve networking issues to ensure a reliable internet connection for customersProvide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries, explaining services, and ensuring customer satisfactionMaintain accurate records of installations, repairs, and service requestsAdhere to safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environmentEnsure that installations meet our client's standards for quality and performanceCollaborate with two-person teams as needed to support larger installations and meet business demandsRequired Qualifications :1+ year of experience with roofing, cabling, installation, networkingClean driving record and active driver's license in OhioMust be able to work weekendsMust be comfortable using ladders up to 30 feet for individual installationsMust be comfortable using ladders up to 40 feet for two-person team installationsPermanent Direct Hire : $26.00hr + prevailing wages!
