Project Manager

Our client is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their team.The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing multiple complex projects and liaise between the business and IT departments by aligning business unit goals and objectives with IT project planning, development, and implementation. This role will manage and facilitate large projects across all IT Functional areas from initiation to closure.Essential duties include but are not limited to:Defines project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholdersDevelops and presents full-scale project plans and associated communications documentsEstimates resources and participants needed to achieve project goals.Assigns responsibilities, monitors, and summarizes progress of project.Identifies and resolves issues and conflicts within the project team.Develops and delivers progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.EducationExperience:4 years experience in a healthcare setting strongly preferredBachelor's degree from an accredited college or universityProject Management Professional (PMP) certification strongly preferred.Other Professional Certifications a plus.****Eligible for health benefits(including medical, vison, dental), STD, LTD, LifeAD&D, and 401(k).
