Real Estate Attorney

Elite AmLaw 200 firm seeking real estatecorporate associate with 3 - 6 years of experience with joint ventures to join its Los Angeles Office. Ideal candidates will have:- Experience with complex and highly sophisticated real estate joint ventures and complex real estate limited liability company and partnership agreements.- Major law firm experience preferred.- A high level of academic achievement.- A tax LL.M. andor familiarity with partnership tax is helpful but not required.- Admission to the State Bar of California is required.The salary range for this position is $250,000 to $350,000, plus bonus (depending on experience).
