The Simpson team, a TOP mortgage broker team is seeking to fill the role ofexecutiveAdmin Assistant. We are looking for a motivated and committed person to come join the team and help us grow. This position requires a person that is highly organized, self-motived, creative, tech savvy team player that has excellent communicationskills, can manage multiple tasks, and has great customer service skills.Anyone with experience in marketing, real estate and mortgage is encouraged to apply!TOP DUTIES1. Set Appointments, maintain calendar and tasks - business and personal2. Manage and organize emails, prioritize income requests and communication3. Manage Database using CRM and technology4. Collaborate with marketing team and assist with marketing projects, tasks, content5. Handle sensitive and confidential information with utmost discretion and professionalismManage the Calendar and EmailsManage calendars effectively, including scheduling meetings and coordinating logisticsSet appointments and confirm prior to anize emails, prioritize and delegate to appropriate team membersOversee virtual and local team, providing guidance to achieve expectations and ensuring work is performed diligently and accuratelyManage databaseMonitor database regularly to ensure new clients are added in CRMManage pipeline and closing goals weekly and monthlyIdentify opportunities and engage in prospecting activitiesAssist with marketing and follow-up for past clients, referral partners andleadsMonitor team activity and track milestone reminders for past clientsRequired Skills Abilities:Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (e.g. Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)and other relevant software.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to work independently and adapt in a fast-paced environmentLoves content, social, working on building a brand and passionate about marketingStrong problem-solving and decision-making skillsPositive attitude, proactive and a team playerMarketing:Oversee marketing team to ensure projects on track and on timeAssist in marketing activities including content creation and creative strategySetup video equipment for any content creation, including scheduledpodcasts, interviews, events, webinarsEducation and Experience:Bachelor's PreferredThree to five years of experience in an administrative role requiredCRM experienceMarketing experienceReal estate BONUSJob Type: Full-timePay: $66,400.00 - $80,000.00 per yearBenefits:Dental insuranceHealth insurancePaid time offSchedule:8 hour shiftMonday to FridayWeekends as neededExperience:Microsoft Excel: 3 years (Preferred)Ability to Commute:La Jolla, CA 92037 (Preferred)Ability to Relocate:La Jolla, CA 92037: Relocate before starting work (Required)Work Location: In personJob Type: Full-timePay: $60,000- $80,000.00 per yearBenefits:Dental insuranceHealth insurancePaid time offSchedule:8 hour shiftMonday to FridayWeekends as needed
