Litigation Attorney

Matura Farrington is working with a national AMLAW 200 law firm to hire a mid-level business litigation associate for the firm's Los Angeles office.The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in high-profile business disputes and complex commercial litigation matters, experience in pre-trial motions in both Federal and State courts.Responsibilities to include:Review a fact pattern and make correct analysis and recommendationsEffectively and accurately analyze legal issuesSecond chair a complex case or first chair a simpler caseEffectively assist lead trial attorneys in all pre-trial issues and proceedingsPrepare complex pre-trial motionsThe firm has an 1850 annual billable hour requirement and will offer a salary range of $180K-$290K per annum. Bonus potential up to $110KCA Bar admission is required for this position.
