Due to our expansion, Feeney Brothers is searching for talented and motivated individuals to join our team, learn our business and help us continue to grow and improve our services.Feeney Brothers offers an outstanding, competitive compensation package.Duties & Responsibilities Conduct site safety, health, and environment quality auditsInspect site activities for safety complianceManage on-site corrective actionsShare findings with supervision for follow upIntervene at-risk activitiesProvide on-site review and training if neededProvide consultation as neededAssist with incident reporting and root cause initiatives (injuryillness, property damage, etc.)Assist with reporting processCollect and verify incident reportsAssist with the IA process and reportParticipate in industry conferences, programs, initiatives, etc.Provide safety training on company procedures and regulatory complianceActively participate in self-development and growthQualificationsBachelor's degree in occupational safety, environmental safety, or related field2+ years of experience in construction safety or related fieldKnowledge of OSHA standards, regulations, and construction site safety procedureStrong attention to detail and ability to identify potential risksPro-active with ability to work independently and take initiativeExcellent communication and interpersonal skills to work efficiently with a diverse teamCertification in safety management (e.g., OSHA 30 Construction, CSP, CHST) is a plusProficient in Microsoft Office and safety management software
