Design Program Manager

We are seeking a motivated Design Program Manager with at least 5 years of experience to oversee cross-functional design and creative operations projects, ensuring the successful execution of design initiatives. The Design Program Manager will develop project timelines, allocate resources, and monitor progress while maintaining effective communication with stakeholders. This position requires a strong understanding of design principles, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to drive efficiency in both design processes and creative operations. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in project management, design methodologies, and team collaboration.About the RoleDrive design operations programs from intake to final deliveryOwn the design delivery process leveraging Asana, Confluence, and JiraOversee and manage the design program lifecycle from concept to execution.Collaborate with designers, product managers, and stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.Develop and maintain project timelines and resource allocation.Facilitate communication across teams to ensure alignment and timely project delivery.Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.Conduct regular project reviews and provide updates to leadership.Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the design team.QualificationsBachelor's or higher from a reputable university in Design, Project Management, or related field5 years of relevant professional experience as a Design Program ManagerExperience working with cross-functional teams in an agile environmentProven aptitude for design operations from intake to final delivery, including driving governance and maintenance of design-related initiativesHigh-level proficiency in Asana, Confluence, and JiraFamiliarity with Figma, Fig Jam (connect to Figma for retrospectives), and Adobe Creative Suite (or Google Creative Suite)Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environmentAbility to think strategically and execute tactically.
