ProgramProject ManagerPay range: $60.00 hour - $80.00 hourPosition: ProgramProject ManagerOverview:The Engineering Change Program Manager is the single point of contact for Change Orders affecting their designated Product Group. They manage the entire processing of the Change Order (CO) from submittal through implementation, addressing cross-functional issues to ensure timely processing and execution. Responsibilities include managing CO material-impact changes and ensuring all deliverables for factory implementation meet planned effectivity dates. The role involves collaboration with Global Product Group, Global Operations, and Customer Support Business Group regarding Change Control, necessitating the ability to operate effectively across various organizational levels.Requirements:Expert understanding of an integrated enterprise system database environment (e.g., PLM), specifically in Material Master, Bill of Materials, and Engineering Change -depth knowledge of Doc ControlChange Control processes and systems.Understanding of product structures, including configurables vs. non-configurables.Knowledge of interchangeability policy (Form, Fit, Function) in Change Control practices.Excellent communication skills is a key point.Skills:Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Business Administration, or Engineering with a minimum of 8 years of related experience or equivalent experience.Proven experience in program management or supply chain within the Semiconductor or electronic sector.Experience analyzing data for business-relevant conclusions and familiarity with data visualization techniques and tools.Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.Strong written and verbal communication abilities.Solid organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to multitask.Process knowledge in PLM (Enovia) and ERP (SAP) required.Proficient in Microsoft Office.Experience using SAP data, Access, Excel; SQL is a plus.PMP, MPM, or CPIM certification is a plus.Lean Six Sigma certification is a plus.Benefits InfoPride Global offers eligible employee's comprehensive healthcare coverage (medical, dental, and vision plans), supplemental coverage (accident insurance, critical illness insurance and hospital indemnity), 401(k)-retirement savings, life & disability insurance, an employee assistance program, legal support, auto, home insurance, pet insurance and employee discounts with preferred vendors.
