Position Overview:We are seeking an experienced and driven Vice President of Staffing to lead our staffing operations and drive strategic growth. The VP of Staffing will oversee the recruitment, placement, and management of healthcare professionals, ensuring that our clients receive the highest quality staffing services. This role requires a strategic thinker, strong leader, and effective communicator who can build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute a comprehensive staffing strategy aligned with the company's goals and objectives.Lead, mentor, and manage a team of recruiters and staffing coordinators to achieve performance targets and operational excellence.Establish and maintain strong relationships with healthcare facilities, understanding their staffing needs and providing tailored solutions.Oversee the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and selecting candidates, ensuring a high standard of quality and compliance.Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure the firm remains competitive and compliant.Collaborate with senior leadership to identify opportunities for growth, improvement, and innovation within the staffing division.Analyze staffing metrics and reports to drive data-informed decisions and optimize staffing processes.Represent the firm at industry events, conferences, and client meetings to promote our services and build brand awareness.Qualifications:Minimum of 10 years of experience in healthcare staffing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.Proven track record of success in developing and executing staffing strategies.Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients and candidates.Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven -depth knowledge of healthcare staffing regulations and compliance requirements.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing industry trends.
