Information Technology Support Specialist

Job Title: IT SpecialistLocation: NYC Office (Onsite)Salary Range: $75,000 - $90,000year + 401(K), Medical, and other benefits.About Us:We are a dynamic staffing company seeking a skilled IT Support Specialist IT Helpdesk to support our in-house IT needs. This role is essential to maintaining the efficiency and security of our IT infrastructure and ensuring seamless technical support within our NYC office. Candidates with experience in the staffing industry are encouraged to apply.Key Responsibilities:Provide day-to-day IT support and troubleshooting for in-house users.Set up and maintain computer systems, hardware, and software.Manage network infrastructure, including network security and firewalls.Configure and maintain SonicWall and other firewall tools for optimal security.Administer G Suite, including email configurations, user management, and stall and support various software applications to enhance user productivity.Assist in planning and implementing IT upgrades, migrations, and maintenance.Requirements:Experience: Minimum of 5 years in an IT Helpdesk or IT Specialist role, ideally within the staffing industry.Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in network management, firewall configuration, SonicWall, G Suite administration, and computer setups.Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities, effective communication skills, and a proactive approach to IT support.Language: You will have the upper hand if you speak Spanish.Benefits:We offer competitive pay of $75K - $90Kyear, a 401 (k), medical, and other standard benefits as part of our commitment to employee well-being in New York.If you're an experienced IT professional looking to support a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you!
