Director of Financial Planning and Analysis

We hire hard to source, and to recruit, leaders across Digital Transformation, Advertising & Media, Renewables, Fintech, Private Equity, and Capital Markets.Our client is looking for Director of FP&A to join the team in NYC.The role involves working closely with Executives and business leaders to analyze key operating levers, create insightful reports, and support operational initiatives to drive success against strategic priorities.Responsibilities include developing strategic plans, forecasts, and budgets, preparing financial and operational reports, conducting ad-hoc analyses, and assisting in the preparation of Board presentations and investor materials. Additionally, this role involves collaborating with the Accounting team, providing analytical support for contract negotiations, and working with the COO to develop incentive compensation plans to drive growth.Founded in 2017, our client has built the largest GPU Cloud purpose built for AI. Prior experience in investment banking, credit, equity research or similar field required.Role responsibilitiesCollaborate with the Accounting team to prepare variance to budget and other deep dives.Develop productivity analyses and resource plans encompassing the whole organization.Provide analytical and modeling support for complex contract negotiations and agreements.Conduct value added ad-hoc analyses to drive decision making.Assist in the preparation of Board presentations, investor materials and other Corporate stakeholder documents.Work with business leaders to develop strategic plans, forecasts and budgets and provide reports to help manage the Company for continued profitable growth.Prepare monthly financial and operational reporting across key departments of the business.
