The ideal candidate is a product-focused Senior PM with a strong background in tech, UI, and UX, specifically within the agency or consultancy environment, with experience in delivering digital products.Key Responsibilities:Lead project strategy and roadmap development for a five-year vision, enhancing the retail client experience.Oversee the concepting and strategy for integrating AI into the retail banking services, aligning with their AI-progressive stance.Collaborate closely with design, product, and technology teams to drive innovative solutions and ensure seamless execution.Qualifications:Proven experience as a Senior Technical Project Manager in product and digital-focused roles within an agency or consultancy.Hands-on experience in shipping digital products with a deep understanding of UIUX best practices.Strong technical acumen, with preferred experience in AI or machine learning applications in financial services.Exceptional communication skills to manage stakeholder relationships and project milestones.Preferred Qualifications:Experience in retail banking, fintech, or similar domains.Familiarity with multi-modal customer experience development.
