You'll develop innovative graphic assets, contribute to creative strategy sessions, and collaborate with the digital team to bring our clients' visions to life. This is a part-time position with potential to transition into a full-time position. ResponsibilitiesContribute to the development of compelling visual elements for various marketing materials, including but not limited to paid ads, social media posts, email campaigns, landing pages, motion graphics, and printed materialsCollaborate with the digital team to conceptualize and execute full advertising campaignsActively participate in brainstorming and strategy sessionsConduct independent research to inform design decisionsDevelop branded presentations Ensure design consistency across all advertising channelsConceptualize and design brand identities and collateralQualificationsBachelor's degree in Creative Advertising, Design, or a related field (preferred)5+ years of experience in creative design Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, and After EffectsExperience with content management systems like WordPress (preferred)Strong understanding of design principles, color theory, and typographyProficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteExcellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead and collaborate with team membersAbility to multitask, manage deadlines, and prioritize effectivelyThrives in a collaborative environment while also working independently with initiativePhotography and website design experience a plus
