"America's Top 30 Innovator" seeks an experienced key management Team member with proven ability to lead our Materials Team. Skills & Experience Ambitious, results-driven, take-charge self-starter who is a highly organized implementer with a keen sense of urgency to lead our procurement, inventory management and logistics team. In this role, you'll effectively plandirectfollow-through and assume responsibility for continuously improving materials management by creating, implementing and maintaining processes to measure, monitor, and optimize inventory, purchasing and materials performance.Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field; or a comparable combination of education and experience.10 years materials management, supply chain management, or purchasing experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.Demonstrated performance implementing cost-effective materialspurchasing system (automotive MMOGsupplier scorecards, discreterepetitive order environment);Strong purchasingnegotiation skills with proven cost reductions. Hands-on buying high volume electronic components a plus.Strong working knowledge of ERPMRP (Global Shop experience is a plus).Proficient in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.Must be able to work within the framework of 5S, ISO and IATF requirements.APICS certification preferred.Excellent teamwork and communication pany Our mission is to create, and timely commercialize next generation, advanced integrated sensorcontrol systems to support the manufacture of: Smarter, Safer, and More Technologically Advanced automotive electronic systems.
