Find a job you'll love today!The Human Resources Generalist is a utility player on the site HR team. Responsible for oversight of some HR operational functions such as benefits enrollments and payroll, the transactional components are usually handled at the coordinator level. Functionally the HR Generalist works hand in hand with the HR Manager and Center Director, Director of HR Operations, Talent Acquisition, Operations and other Managers to insure that Everise is an employer of choice in the communities we do business in. The Generalist supports operational objectives by achievement of HR Operational duties and oversight that lead to smooth employee-facing operations and meeting center retention goals. The Generalist acts as a coach to the Management team.Job Requirements:• Handle day to day employee relations issues to support our team members while simultaneously supporting operational objectives• Support or oversee the center processes for new hire administration, onboarding, payroll and benefits, leave administration, unemployment compensation, and workers' compensation• Provide coaching and support to supervisors to ensure agents are managed in a way that ensures client deliverables are met and Everise standards are adhered to• Be a regular presence on the production floor and actively interact with supervisors and associates to ensure that they are engaged in productive work and systems are functioning properly• Support local programs that attract, retain and engage employees• Contribute to communication within the center making sure that internal upward and downward communication flows smoothly• Other duties and responsibilities assigned by management of the companyQualifications:• 3 to 5 years HR experience• College degree preferred• Enthusiastic and demonstrated leadership skills• Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and Power Point• Excellent oral and written communication skills• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills• Schedule flexibility• Analytical and problem-solving skills• Strong ability to multitask• Ability to function in a fast paced environment.• Dependability regarding completion of assignments and attendanceCompensation & Benefits:The anticipated base salary range for this onsite position is $65,000.00 to $70,000.00 In addition, Everise provides benefits including medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off. Depending on the specific role, compensation may also include commission earnings and other benefit programs. The actual compensation package may vary based on factors such as skill set, experience level, and candidate's location.
