Our client, a global lawfirm is looking to add a Manager to lead their Professional Staff Acquisition team. The right candidate will:Hold 7+ years of experience in recruitment with majority of it being in a management position.Experience in full cycle recruitment and sourcing.Experience in collecting and analyzing data pertaining to recruitment and market trends.Maintaining candidate files using the firm's Applicant Tracking System.Develop and Manage recruitment budgets.Hire and Track and all new hires including temps and permanent placements.Cultivate relationships with vendors and execute agency related contracted.Provide weekly recruitment updates to the director of HR along with reports.
