Analytics Consultant - Supply Chain & Logistics Consultancy Location: Chicago or Remote Salary: Up to $100,000Join an operational consulting firm specializing in supply chain analytics and logistics solutions, including purchasing, transportation, and distribution. This firm partners with top clients to optimize operations through data-driven insights and transformative analytics.The RoleAs an Analytics Consultant you will:Consult for clients across the Transportation, Logistics, and Supply Chain sectors, developing analytical solutions tailored to their needs.Build interactive dashboards and insightful reports, presenting findings to clients and delivering key insights through presentations.Aggregating various datasets from a variety of data sources and assist with the cleansing, normalisation, and standardisation of unstructured data into a usable structured formatDesign and implement SQL database automation to streamline analytics processes.Work with large datasets, leveraging Excel, SQL & Power BI, and other tools for data assessment and manipulation.Travel internationally to client sites and supplier manufacturing locations to assess and enhance manufacturing and distribution processes.Support client development with skill-based training initiatives.Your ExperienceWe'd love to hear from you if you have:1-2 years of experience in operations, supply chain, logistics, procurement, or engineering, ideally within a consulting or industry role.Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and advanced features like Pivot Tables.A willingness to travel up to 80% domestically and internationally to work on-site with clients.Excellent communication skills and experience engaging with senior stakeholders.Full authorization to work in the U.S.
