Possibly of fulltime conversion.Title: Jira Developer Administrator Application Programmer V Job Description This role is suitable for an established Jira SoftwareServer developeradministrator who is also able to be involved in the planning and execution of process automation efforts. The individual will be performing complex Jira and Jira Service Management workflow development and administration activities with an emphasis on process automation and systems integration supporting Global Information Security teams. Responsibilities Contribute to requirements gathering from stakeholdersConfigure and maintain Jira Service Management functionalityDevelop and maintain complex automation workflowsDevelop and maintain field configurations, notifications, issue security and permission schemes, etc.Develop and maintain ProForma configurations and functionalityDevelop and maintain InsightAssets configurations and functionalityExtend Jira functionality using Atlassian Plugin SDK for Atlassian Server Products andor ScriptRunnerDevelop and maintain functionality to automate administration tasks (user, group, role, schemes, etc.)Work with partner teams to negotiate and develop upstream and downstream data integrationsMaintain documentation, scripting andor tooling to aid in promoting configurations across environmentsPerform peer work reviews and provide constructive feedbackFollow good SDLC practices including source code control, automated unit testing, automated builds, configuration management, comprehensive documentation, testing and project promotion procedures Mandatory skills Extensive experience with Atlassian Jira SoftwareServer and Jira Service Management Data Center Edition (4+ years)Extensive experience building Automation for Jira automation rulesExtensive experience building and maintaining Jira security with groups, project roles, issue roles, permission schemes, issue security schemes, etc.Extensive experience with ScriptRunner, including Groovy ScriptingExperience usingextending Jira REST APIsExperience with HTMLJavaScriptCSS for user facing customizationsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsExcellent attention to detailStrong problem-solving skills Desired skills Experience integrating Jira with downstream reporting solutionsExperience developing Jira Data Center Extensions using Java SDKKnowledge of software development lifecycle; preferably with Agile, KanbanScrumExperience with cyber security related workflowsNET Development REST API integration experience
